Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. It is important to understand that your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company. If you have any questions regarding your dental benefits, please contact your insurance company directly.
Insurance companies are sometimes very difficult to deal with and many offices do not deal with them at all. In Georgia, insurance companies are required by law to provide payment within 15 days of receiving a claim. Your insurance claim will be sent the day that the services are rendered. We file your insurance claim as a courtesy to you and we will do our best to assist you with your insurance claim. If, however, after 30 days the insurance company has not provided payment or there is an outstanding balance following the insurance payment, the balance becomes the patient’s responsibility.
Due to various problems we have encountered, we do not file secondary insurance but will be happy to assist you with the forms.
If your insurance company pays you directly, then you are responsible for the bill at the time of service.
